The story
A calm boutique base, just outside the Old Town.
Hotel Boutique Natka sits on Žminjska, a residential street about a kilometre and a half from Rovinj's Old Town.
The building is a small four-star B&B with two room types, a garden behind, and a terrace where breakfast is served when the weather allows. We run it ourselves — the family lives nearby, the staff are local, and the front desk is rarely more than a phone call away.
The character of the property is unhurried. There is no lobby music, no pool deck, no animation programme. Guests come here for the things a small B&B does well: a clean room, a good bed, an honest breakfast, and a quiet night.

Both with a double bed, private bathroom, air conditioning, satellite TV, minibar, safe, bathrobes, and slippers. Cot is not available; an extra bed for one child can be added on request (€30 for ages 1–6, €40 for ages 7+, per night, payable on arrival).

Friendly staff. Very good breakfast with eggs and coffee made to order, fresh fruit. Parking free and enough spots. Close to supermarkets. Large shower, luxury bathroom. Large balcony.
The host was great. He did everything he could to please the guests and take care of us. The breakfast was fresh and delicious. Super clean throughout.
Our rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The staff were just wonderful, kind, caring and delightful. I would not hesitate to return. Walk down into the old town was an easy 20 minutes.

Is parking really free, and is there enough?
Yes. Hotel Boutique Natka has free public parking on site — no reservation needed. Recent guests note that there are usually enough spaces. We do not currently charge for parking.
What's included in breakfast?
A continental-style breakfast served on site each morning, included in the room rate. Eggs and coffee are made to order. Fresh fruit, bread, cured meats, and cheese. Special diets can be arranged on request — please let us know in advance.
How long is the walk into the Old Town?
About twenty minutes on foot along Carera Street — flat the whole way. Several recent guests have noted the same in reviews. By bicycle (free for guests), it's around seven minutes.
Do you accept pets?

Is the property accessible for guests with reduced mobility?
