The rules that apply across all NATKA stays, with the property-specific details for each. Last updated: 2026-04-16.

What this page covers

These are the house rules for the three NATKA properties — Hotel Boutique Natka, Bella Natka, and Villa Natka. Most of the rules are common to all three; differences (parking, accessibility, extra beds, breakfast) are noted per property below. By making a reservation through Booking.com or our Rentlio booking widget, you confirm that you have read and accept these rules.

Rules common to all NATKA properties

Identification at check-in

A valid passport or national ID and a credit card are required at check-in for all guests. The lead guest on the booking should be present at arrival.

Children

All ages are welcome at all three properties. At Bella Natka and Villa Natka, children aged 14 and over are charged the adult rate. Cot and extra-bed availability differs per property — see the per-property sections below.

Pets

Pets are not permitted at any NATKA property.

Smoking

Smoking is not permitted indoors at any NATKA property. Villa Natka has a designated outdoor smoking area.

Parties and events

Parties and events — including stag and hen parties — are not permitted at any NATKA property. Bookings made under another stated purpose that turn out to be parties may be cancelled on arrival without refund.

Quiet hours

Quiet hours are from 00:00 to 06:00 across all properties. Please respect neighbouring rooms and adjacent residences.

Damage and incidentals

Guests are responsible for damage caused during the stay. The credit card on file may be charged for incidentals (additional cleaning, replacement of damaged items, lost keys).

Payment

Reservations made on Booking.com are charged via Booking.com. Reservations made via the Rentlio booking widget are processed per the rate plan you select. On-site additions during the stay are accepted on Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, and (at Hotel Boutique Natka) Amex. Cash is useful at all three properties for incidentals.

Local tourist tax

Croatian boravišna pristojba (tourist tax) is collected per person per night by the property and is not included in the room rate. Current rate confirmed at check-in.
