We are the Osmanović family.
We have lived in Rovinj for generations and run a few small businesses here, NATKA among them.
How NATKA came to be
A name that grew with the town.
Rovinj has been our home for as long as the family remembers.
We grew up here, work here, send our children to school here, and we know the streets the way locals know streets — by which baker has the best bread on Sundays, which cove warms first in spring, which Old Town window is being repainted this month.
NATKA is the name we use for our hospitality side. It started as a single B&B and grew, slowly, as the right buildings became available — the boutique B&B on Žminjska first, then the renovated stone house on Grisia 42 inside the Old Town, and most recently the villa with the private pool out at Rovinjsko Selo.
Three different kinds of stay, in three different parts of town, under one family name. We chose to keep them distinct rather than turn them into a chain. Each property has its own character. The hospitality standard is shared: someone in the family is always close enough to answer the phone.
More than accommodation
A family in many parts of one town.
We are a well-established family in the town owning a few family businesses across the area — apartments, clothing shops, restaurants, hospitality.
We are well-travelled and open-minded, and we welcome everyone to enjoy the beauty of our town and the Adriatic sea.
That short paragraph is the one we wrote for our Booking listing years ago. It still holds. The point of running multiple small businesses in the same town is that you become part of the place rather than parked on top of it. The carpenter is family. The grocer is the same one we go to ourselves. The wines we recommend are wines we drink.
For a guest, that translates to a few practical things: known suppliers, dependable service, and the kind of inside knowledge you cannot get from a desk in another country.

The Osmanović family lives and works in Rovinj. We are not a corporate brand; we are a small operation with our names on the buildings.

We answer the phone ourselves. We tell you what each property is and what it isn't (no parking at Bella Natka; village setting at Villa Natka) before you book.
